Create an Awareness of Your Habits



Every Saturday morning, bright and early, when I was growing up my dad would take me to the doctor to get an allergy shot. I was extremely allergic to trees, flowers, pollen, cats, dogs and many other things Since then, I’ve learned how to deal with my allergies and now know what to avoid and when to avoid it. Some of our bad habits are similar to allergies. They can cause us to not feel good at times, and they seem to come around on a regular basis. Our habits can be like allergies, but if you learn what areas you need to avoid and get to know certain times they seem to appear, handling them will be easier, and you’ll feel much better.
